“The art of being well”

Accessing complementary therapies can be a positive step to relieving your symptoms and feeling better, whilst also taking a proactive step in understanding your own health. In today’s fast paced world where we are expected to juggle so many things at once, we tend not to give ourselves time to replenish, nourish and heal. This is when physical and emotional health can suffer and symptoms may appear.

The therapies I offer are Acupuncture, Shiatsu, Sports massage and Therapeutic (Swedish) massage.
I see clients for all kinds of issues such as neck, shoulder and back pain, headaches and migraine, stress, depression and anxiety. Some people come just to wind down and take time out form their busy lives. I also offer support for women who are trying to conceive naturally, or through IVF and pregnancy. I work with each individual to help them choose the best suited therapy for their treatment needs, using a combination of therapies wherever appropriate. I am a registered member of the British Acupuncture Council and the Shiatsu Society UK and have been practicing in the Leeds area since 2001.

I offer a friendly, professional service at Balance Natural Health Clinic in Chapel Allerton situated in North Leeds, West Yorkshire and also at Farfield House Osteopathy Clinic, Keighley, West Yorkshire.

All centres are comfortable, calm and supportive, they are all also within easy reach by car or public transport.

the above therapies can help you to better health.
