Acupuncture is a traditional method which originates from China and is over 3,000 years old.

Shiatsu is a style of bodywork developed in Japan. Similar to acupuncture, it uses finger pressure instead of needles.

In various forms, massage can stimulate and relax mind and body, and bring about a sense of well-being.

“The art of being well”

Accessing complementary therapies can be a positive step to relieving your symptoms and feeling better, whilst also taking a proactive step in understanding your own health. In today’s fast paced world where we are expected to juggle so many things at once, we tend not to give ourselves time to replenish, nourish and heal. This is when physical and emotional health can suffer and symptoms may appear.

The therapies I offer are Acupuncture, Shiatsu, Sports massage and Therapeutic (Swedish) massage. I work with each individual to help them choose the best suited therapy for their treatment needs, using a combination of therapies wherever appropriate. I am a registered member of the British Acupuncture Council and the Shiatsu Society UK and have been practising in the Leeds area since 2001.

I offer a friendly, professional service at Suite 5, Regent House in north Leeds, West Yorkshire. I also offer sessions at Leeds Wellbeing Centre in Leeds city centre and Farfield House Osteopathy Clinic, Keighley. All centres are comfortable, calm and supportive. They are all also within easy reach by car or public transport.

Call me on 07927 042200 or email me for more information on how the above therapies can help you to better health.
